1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Standard international shipping takes 7–25 business days, depending on destination country, local logistics and customs clearance.
Express shipping is available at extra cost with a transit time of 3–10 business days.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, peak shopping seasons or unexpected logistics issues.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item weight, size and delivery country.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain amount.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns caused by buyer’s personal reasons.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes charged by your country’s customs authority.
We will declare the actual product value as required by cross-border regulations and cannot mark packages as “gift” to avoid tariffs.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
You can track delivery status via our website or the official logistics tracking page.
Please allow 2–3 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

– If the parcel shows lost status in tracking, contact our support with your order number for investigation.
– For items damaged during transit, provide clear photos of the outer package and broken goods within 7 days of receipt.
– We will offer reshipment, partial refund or full refund based on verification results.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or refused customs clearance will incur extra return shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.
We are not liable for delivery failures caused by inaccurate buyer-provided shipping information.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods, fees and timeframes without prior notice. The latest online version applies to all orders.
